ugh, what’s up with this weather?
I’m going to vent here because anytime I mention it to my husband he acts like a dork.
It’s been consistently in the mid-high 70s here - and it’s almost NOVEMBER! The average for this time of year is 50s and we’ve only been there a few times. It depresses me, esp. since I have to walk Shayel to school. BLAH. There’s something very wrong about walking through crunchy fallen leaves when you’re in a tshirt sweating.
At least today is more like fall.
I’ve lived in So. Cal. where it’s pretty much in the 60s-90s all year and I was ok with that because it’s So. Cal. But this is COLORADO! sheesh.

If it makes you feel any better, it was in the 30s during the DAY here in Michigan today; it was freezing! Not so enjoyable. But I hate summer weather in the fall too, so I know what you mean.
We’re still in shorts and tank tops in VA. It’s absolutely HATEFUL. I want fall. We’ve been whining about it for weeks. All of us … my family and my/our friends. I’m wearing fallish clothes this weekend, but only because I’m in hockey rinks all day.

We’ve been have decent fall temps but I’ve noticed that the leaves are holding on longer this year. We have lots of pretty colors but many green trees yet. Last year at this time the trees were just about bare.
