I have recently “taken up” knitting. And what way to be even more of a geek than to listen to free public domain audio books while knitting? I know of none.

According to my mother, who is not geeky (but also not hot), knitting is very relaxing.

LOL…that’s a very good point. actually, I’m finding knitting very enjoyable now that I have it down pretty solid. David has asked me if I find it relaxing, I can’t say that for sure …. not yet anyway …but it is enjoyable.

My wife’s well into knitting, and subsribes to knitting blogs. I was sceptical but the subscriber numbers are pretty high. Hope you’re enjoying it!
